Revised_Visit_Schedule
To ensure all people in custody have an opportunity to visit with their loved one, the Department created a visit schedule that is based on the first letter of the incarcerated individual’s last name. Visitors should check the visitation schedule to be sure their friend or family member is eligible for a visit on a specific day.

We were very disappointed to get the news last week that the federal Immigration and Naturalization Services Office (USCIS) cancelled our December naturalization ceremony, along with scheduled ceremonies in Dutchess and Putnam counties. We’ve been told that our ceremonies will resume in 2026, but we nonetheless remain concerned because of the lack of a compelling justification for the cancellation.
